Counseling can be beneficial to help us gain greater insight into self and other, as well as to assist us in the journey towards fulfillment in life and relationship. Online sessions are held from the safety of your own home at a time that is convenient for you through an easy scheduling platform.
Through this holistic practice we will examine all the layers of self and together assess where you may feel growth or change is needed. Dance/movement therapy (DMT) is defined by the American Dance Therapy Association (ADTA) as the psychotherapeutic use of movement to promote emotional, social, cognitive, and physical integration of the individual, for the purpose of improving health and well-being. Together we will work to explore the embodied experience of being human, and find greater connection to authentic self.
